We went to Bucharest after Thanksgiving to watch the Rugby World Cup qualifying match against Uruguay. It was wonderful to see so many supporters from all over the country. It remains a hope for this country which really needs a win. Especially after this weekend's fiasco at the Women's Handball Semi-Finals.
Hi Mary,
ReplyDeleteI spent many years in MI and currently my American home is Duluth, MN. I have been in and out of RO since 2007. I just had to leave because they got more strict with Americans about leaving and coming back. I am doing a 90 day stay in Turkey. Any information you would have to help me find how I can get a long term visa will be greatly appreciated. There is almost no info available..but then you are well aware of how slowly things move there.
BTW...how was your lettuce soup?
I am so sorry, I have been so bad with this blog due to various things going on in our life here. I have a "residency card for family members" so I don't know much about getting long term visas if you're not married to a citizen.
